Mix It Up! cooking classes welcome novices and foodies alike to cook with 12 Tribes’ chefs. Led by The Rabbi Chef, Becky Joseph, you will use all of your senses as you prep and cook flavorful recipes with fresh, natural ingredients. Whether it’s leavening bread, julienning zucchini, or chiffonading basil for a delicious pineapple salad, everyone leaves with new menu ideas, cooking tips, and friends. Of course, everyone eats well, too.

We’ll focus on low-stress and quick dishes, like spiked watermelon gazpacho, wild salmon with green peas, shoots and orzo, and blueberry cobbler.
